With over 30 years' experience, he specializes in complex building surveys, listed buildings, and expert witness work. Richard is a Fellow of RICS and has extensive knowledge of Kent's diverse property stock. His methodical approach and attention to detail ensure clients receive comprehensive, actionable advice.

Sarah Mitchell MRICS

Partner & Chartered Building Surveyor

Sarah joined Kent Surveyors in 2010 and became a partner in 2018. She brings particular expertise in residential surveys, party wall matters, and dilapidations. Sarah's clear communication style and patient approach make complex surveying issues understandable for clients. She regularly acts as expert witness in property disputes and is a RICS Registered Valuer. Sarah leads our residential survey team across Maidstone and Central Kent.

James qualified as a chartered surveyor in 2015 and joined Kent Surveyors in 2017.
